• Most all orders are shipped straight from the manufacture, usually within 3 to 5 business days. Not often, but sometimes it may take up to two weeks before some orders ship.

• Shipping is by UPS ground.

Returns Policy:

• You can cancel this order within two weeks after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 2 weeks after they have been delivered to you.
• Items should be returned in their original packaging.
• A 10 percent restocking charge will be applied to your refund.
